Participants will develop sustainable habits that support well-being, effective decision-making, and long-term professional effectiveness under pressure.
  • Through guided reflection, peer exchange, and practical tools participants will learn how to recognize unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen emotional resilience, and respond to challenges with greater clarity, balance, and confidence - both in the classroom and within the wider educational environment.
