Goals

This training focuses on helping participants recognize patterns of negative mindset, identify inner barriers (Saboteurs), and apply mindfulness-based techniques to interrupt unhelpful negative mental patterns. Participants will develop sustainable habits that support well-being, effective decision-making, and long-term professional effectiveness under pressure.
Through guided reflection, peer exchange, and practical tools participants will learn how to recognize unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen emotional resilience, and respond to challenges with greater clarity, balance, and confidence - both in the classroom and within the wider educational environment.
