Silencing Your Inner Saboteurs: Overcome Self-Doubt and Build a Resilient, Positive Mindset

By the end of the program, participants will:

• Identify your dominant Saboteurs and understand how they operate
• Create a personalized “WANTED” poster to visualize and externalize your Saboteur
• Apply Mental Fitness tools to shift toward a calm, confident, and resilient mindset
• Strengthen your ability to respond to challenges with empathy, clarity, and purpose

We all carry negative inner voices that sometimes hold us back. These are called Saboteurs - our internal enemies. They are automatic, habitual mind patterns with their own voices, beliefs, and assumptions that work against our best interests. Saboteurs are primarily fueled by brain regions once focused on physical or emotional survival, but in today’s world, they often show up as stress, perfectionism, fear, guilt, or self-doubt. Everyone has their own specific Saboteur.

This session blends neuroscience, coaching, and creative reflection to help you take back control of your inner world. You’ll leave with practical tools to quiet your Saboteurs and activate your best self - so you can move forward with greater confidence and purpose.
