AI leadership is a key driver of organisational competitiveness and resilience.
This intensive 16-hour programme provides the integrated knowledge, practical frameworks and operational capabilities required to lead AI-driven transformation across governance, strategy, culture and technology.
Designed for leaders operating in complex regulatory environments, the programme equips participants with the skills to build trust-based AI cultures, establish scalable AI governance frameworks, and align technology with organisational strategy. It combines robust theoretical foundations, real-world case studies and hands-on workshops.
Through these activities, participants will develop practical organisational deliverables and actionable transformation roadmaps, enabling them to lead and support the successful integration of AI across their organisations.

At the end of this training programme, participants will be able to:

  • Design and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks aligned with organisational strategy, risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse complex regulatory frameworks and develop compliance mechanisms while maintaining competitive advantage and operational agility.
  • Design and lead AI-driven cultural transformation and change management initiatives that foster trust, psychological safety and organisation-wide capability building.
  • Evaluate, select and deploy AI architectures aligned with governance requirements, data strategies and the maturity of organisational capabilities.
  • Develop and execute a coherent AI strategy and transformation roadmap, leveraging innovation ecosystems, funding mechanisms and regulatory sandboxes to enable scalable, compliant deployment.
  • Apply ethical AI principles, risk management practices and stakeholder engagement approaches to ensure responsible AI deployment that creates both organisational and societal value.
