PRINCE2® is an integrated framework of processes and themes that addresses the planning, delegation, monitoring and control of all the six aspects of project performance: cost, timescale, quality, scope, risks and benefits. With this course you will understand the PRINCE2® approach - the principles, processes, themes and techniques - and be well prepared to pass the exam.

PRINCE2® Foundation certification
From the 3rd day of the training participants may take the online exam at any time for a period of one year after receipt of their voucher.

NOTE on Certificate Validity: From January 2023, the PRINCE2® 6th Ed. Foundation certification will be issued with a renew-by date three years from the award date. Candidates that choose not to renew their certification within 3 years of the award date will still be included on the Successful Candidates Register (SCR) but a note will be added to their record to indicate that their certification is not aligned with current certification requirements.
