Luxembourg Loan Security Package

Many investments made via Luxembourg vehicles are financed with third party debt. Get an in depth legal knowledge of the various financing documents such as loans, pledges and subordination agreements and their articulation – the so-called "security package".

At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
