ITIL® 4 Specialist – High Velocity IT

To attend this course, participants must hold the ITIL® 4 Foundation certificate.

This module explores the ways in which digital organizations and digital operating models function in high velocity environments. It helps aspiring organizations to operate in a similar way to successful digitally-native organizations. With the help of ITIL® 4 concepts and terminology, activities, exercises, examples and the case study included in the course, you will acquire relevant knowledge to pass the ITIL® 4 Specialist: High-velocity IT certification exam.

Please note that participants need to foresee at least 1.5 hours study time every evening.
