• Pierre Mallet is a partner and Infrastructure Leader with over 25 years of audit experience, specialising in complex international assignments across regulated and non-regulated reporting frameworks. He has developed significant expertise in the financial sector, focusing on Infrastructure, Real Estate, Private Equity, and International Tax Structures. Pierre leads the Luxembourg Infrastructure practice and is an active member of the ALFI Infrastructure Group. He manages numerous client engagements under IFRS and Lux GAAP, demonstrating strong knowledge in consolidation. He has extensive expertise auditing diverse products such as debt funds, equity funds, fund of funds, and securitisation structures. Dumitru manages a portfolio of both regulated and non-regulated clients, including open- and closed-ended funds, and leads initiatives within PwC’s Infrastructure Core Group. He serves as an internal trainer delivering audit methodology and infrastructure-specific technical sessions, while also providing client-facing training on industry frameworks, investment lifecycle, accounting treatments, and regulatory matters. • Ani Nersisyan is a director with over 14 years of professional audit experience, including more than nine years at PwC Luxembourg, specialising in the Alternatives investment sector. She has developed deep expertise in Infrastructure, Real Estate, Private Equity, and Private Debt, working with diverse fund structures and investment vehicles. Ani possesses comprehensive technical knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and Luxembourg GAAP, operating within US GAAS and ISA auditing frameworks. She plays a key role in PwC Luxembourg’s Infrastructure Core Group, delivering specialised internal and client-focused training on infrastructure accounting, regulatory developments, and market frameworks, supporting asset managers and investment professionals.
