• Pierre Mallet is a partner and Infrastructure Leader with over 25 years of audit experience, specialising in complex international assignments across regulated and non-regulated reporting frameworks. He has developed significant expertise in the financial sector, focusing on Infrastructure, Real Estate, Private Equity, and International Tax Structures. Pierre leads the Luxembourg Infrastructure practice and is an active member of the ALFI Infrastructure Group. • Ani Nersisyan is a director with over 14 years of professional audit experience, including more than nine years at PwC Luxembourg, specialising in the Alternatives investment sector. She has developed deep expertise in Infrastructure, Real Estate, Private Equity, and Private Debt, working with diverse fund structures and investment vehicles. Ani possesses comprehensive technical knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and Luxembourg GAAP, operating within US GAAS and ISA auditing frameworks.
