Through his experience in RBC Investor Services around employability and personal development plans, Fabio Cutrufello will guide the participants of this workshop to create a continuous development plan, and to effectively use it overtime as an ally for their own performance and career. The facilitator will also provide tips in order to become a smarter learner.
