Establish a meaningful Continuous Development Plan
Improve the effectiveness of your learning experiences

While knowing the future is impossible, there is something we can do to prepare ourselves for it and influence it: taking care of our employability. Through his experience in RBC Investor Services around employability and personal development plans, Fabio Cutrufello will guide the participants of this workshop to create a continuous development plan, and to effectively use it overtime as an ally for their own performance and career. The facilitator will also provide tips in order to become a smarter learner.
