• Use files created in prior versions
• Save and modify a PDF or XPS document

Entering/moving data

• Copying, moving and selecting
• Entering and editing text

Page layout and Printing

• Modify document margins and page orientation
• Manage headers and footers and page numbers
• Insert and manage a cover page
• Use print preview and define printing options

Formatting Characters

• Using the mini toolbar to format text
• Using the ribbon to format text
• Using the toolbox to format text

Formatting Paragraphs

• Change paragraph alignment, line and paragraph spacings
• Using tabs
• Apply a paragraph style

Miscellaneous tools

• Use the Editor to check spelling, grammar, conciseness and formal language
• Find and replace text
• Use the thesaurus and translate text

Tables
