Strategic Treasury Leadership and Stakeholder Management

Participants must have completed the Fundamental Course of the International Treasury Management and Corporate Finance course or have equivalent professional experience.

Upon successful completion of this course, the participant should be able to:

• Engage and manage relationships with stakeholders effectively.
• Implement change management strategies in treasury transformation projects.

Part I: Developing a Strategic Treasury Vision and Roadmap

• Understanding the importance of a strategic vision in treasury.
• Steps to create a comprehensive treasury roadmap.
• Aligning treasury goals with overall business objectives.

Part II: Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management

• Identifying key stakeholders in treasury.
• Techniques for effective stakeholder communication and engagement.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Part III: Change Management in Treasury Transformation Projects

• The role of change management in treasury projects.
• Strategies for managing change and overcoming resistance.
• Case studies of successful treasury transformation projects.

At the end of the course, the participants will receive a certificate of attendance issued by the House of Training. This course is also included in the Advanced Path of the International Treasury Management and Corporate Finance course.
