This class offers a gentle yet powerful introduction to Qigong, an ancient Chinese practice that harmonizes breath, movement, and awareness. Participants will discover the origins and benefits of Qigong, learning how it promotes relaxation, vitality, and inner balance. Through guided breathing exercises, flowing movements, and mindful postures such as “Grasp the Bird’s Tail” and “White Crane Spreads Its Wings”, students will cultivate calm and focus while enhancing their energy flow. The session concludes with soft, grounding movements and a brief meditation to leave both body and mind centered and refreshed.
