Project Management experience or experience as a project team member. Some material is provided prior to the training and is expected to be fully read.

To take the P2 Practitioner exam you must provide proof of having passed one of the following:

• PRINCE2 6th ed Foundation (or higher)
• Project Management Qualification (PMQ)
• Project Professional Qualification (PPQ)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
• IPMA Level A®, B®, C® or D®.

Following the completion of the PRINCE2 Practitioner course participants should be able to:

• Understand how to apply the PRINCE2 principles in context
• Understand how to apply effective people management in projects
• Understand how to apply and tailor relevant aspects of PRINCE2 practices in context
• Understand how to aply and tailor relevant aspects of PRINCE2 processes in context
• Pass the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam

• The PRINCE2® Practitioner course provides an opportunity to apply the concepts of the PRINCE2 methodology to a scenario.
• The PRINCE2 Practitioner course prepares participants for the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner is for anyone who manages projects as part of their role. The purpose of the Practitioner certification is to confirm whether a candidate could apply and tailor PRINCE2 in a range of different project environments and scenarios.

• The Virtual Training is structured as a combined use of GoToTraining and aNewSpring.
• A series of virtual classroom sessions organized and broadcasted through GoToTraining.
• E-learning on the aNewSpring platform.

• 70 questions
• 60% pass mark
• Open book (PRINCE2 manual only)

PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate. Upon successful completion of the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam and following confirmation of the results, the participants will receive a unique, secure and auditable electronic certificate from PeopleCert.
