Inspiring people create the motivation and energy that is needed to achieve goals but also organisational transformation and change.

It fosters the drive to work hard at something when you set your mind to it, even if it is something that changes behaviours and patterns. Leaders face the challenge of continuous change and have to bring everyone on board to create an adaptable and flexible workforce. The workshop will help leaders understand the importance of inspiring others for organisational growth and offers practical tips and approaches on how to create the motivation and energy needed during transformational times. Additionally, it will look at the needs of individuals (respect, recognition, responsibility and reward) to achieve improvement and development whilst adequately maintaining business as usual.
