The world has been accelerating incredibly over the last 20 or so years and for many of us, it becomes more and more challenging to deal with the amount of change and the uncertainty of tomorrow.

How can you identify the factors that render changes difficult for you? How can you overcome them? Which is your personal meaningful way to accept and lead the change?

In an interactive manner, participants can prepare their own change process, whether professional or personal. They will discover tools to identify resistance to change, to promote and embrace change which can be used individually and in/with their teams.
