CSSF Circular 24/856 (amending Circular 02/77) on compliance breaches

As part of this course, PwC's Academy presents the new requirements of the CSSF circular 24/856 on investment compliance breaches. This topic will be addressed in a theoretical and practical way to cover all questions participants may have.

By the end of this training, the participants will be able to:

Practical part:

• Illustration with practical examples (ie. Impact calculation, review of different methods,…)
