The countdown to EU Elections 2019 is on. Europe and the European Union are both faced with a number of challenges from both outside and within, resulting immediate impact on major societal issues and challenges in organizational communications. The workshop is aimed at business decision-makers who want to capture the multiple factors that play a role in creating, sustaining and rebuilding a global corporate reputation and enhance the effectiveness of communication functions towards issue management, positioning, industry disruptions, market competitions, etc. The workshop is aimed at business decision-makers who want to reduce the likelihood and impact of a crisis and protect their business and people, influence the debate and prepare for change.

What are potential sources of threats to your business? What are the effects of direct and indirect crisis exposures? What internal company structures have been established to manage a crisis? How to turn a crisis into an opportunity for commercial interests and people? Over the course of the workshop you will get answers to these questions, along with practical advice on the issues they care to raise. The workshop not only helps participants to understand better the extent to which societal issues and crisis affect both the people and the organization they work for, but also enables to reflect on the structures that their organizations have developed to respond to the potential threats and multifaceted challenges that the current changing environment presents.
