2. Take Control of Your Impact
Learn to communicate with impact, understand motivation dynamics, and develop constructive assertiveness. These modules, ideally requiring 16 hours, are flexible and can be spread over two consecutive days or four half-days, including a lunch or an afterwork with a communication game illustrating the concepts learned.
