Contents

Self-regulation (SR) is what benefits a well-developed ability brings and what negative consequences there can be when SR abilities are lacking. We will talk about physiological and cognitive processes as well as interpretations and emotions in an easy to understand way.

Specifically, we will deal with:

  • Understanding the processes of self-regulation
  • Developing our own strategies and methods
  • Learning to cope better with overwhelming situations
  • Making thoughtful decisions, even in stressful situations
  • Living a self-determined life
