This training provides scientific and operational insight into the mechanisms of regulation of mental load at work, and to understand the origin of the need for recovery, to maintain efficiency and well-being in the long term!

Contents

Due to a total porosity between our private and personal spheres, and more important solicitations, our brain can lose its bearings, and see increase the risk of mental overload.
