Objectifs

Successful completion of this specific fast-track training course provides participants with the professional qualifications needed to obtain an establishment licence to operate an alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks outlet, a catering establishment or an accommodation establishment (HORECA sector).
Successful completion of this specific accelerated training also provides the participant with the professional qualifications allowing "the commercial activity of renting accommodation units and which extends to ninety nights or more, accumulated over the course of a year" (the law of 26 July 2023 regulating the activity of renting short-term accommodation units)

  • General food hygiene and safety rules and procedures for checking compliance with these rules
  • Respect for human rights and the protection of minors
  • Knowledge specific to the profession
  • Basic management and accounting skills

Évaluation

To be admitted to the written tests, candidates must have attended at least 80% of the lessons.

Certificat, diplôme

The course ends with a written test, the successful completion of which is attested by a certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of the Economy.  This certificate is valid indefinitely.
