Innovate Your Business Model (S-EL0081)

Finding an innovative solution that meets your customers' needs is not enough. You also have to find a way of bringing it to the customer, while making money in the process. This course looks at the challenges involved in building a business model for innovation and how to overcome them.

At the end of this course, you will be able to

• identify the key elements of your business model and consider them in an uncertain environment,
• know how to create an original and profitable business model to launch your innovations,
• understand how to manage fixed and variable costs during the experimentation phase.

Important noteregarding your personal data

When accessing the e-learning platform via Moodle-LLLC, you will first need to update your user profile with the desired configuration.
