NOW IT'S TIME: POST-CONFINEMENT SUPPORT
The HR teams, which were widely used during the confinement period, are now facing a new significant work overload, in order to ensure the logistics of the return of their colleagues to the company: full or part time, repatriation of moved office equipment during the telework phase; ensuring the health security of employees, managing the additional administrative tasks relating thereto, monitoring published decrees and their internal application, participation in the various crisis management committees.
This program has been specially designed with the aim of offering HR coaching support for post-confinement stress at several levels:

Throughout this program, participants activate their own abilities and resources. They learn to manage their emotions to strengthen their life balance:

This program takes place on a basis of 6 workshops of one hour.
Possibility during the lunch hour or any other time zone adapted to the internal organization. Groups or individuals.

and many other positive collateral impacts.
CREATE FOR TOMORROW:
Daily exercices combined with usual activities - every day, ANYWHERE, anytime:
*Various Breathing Methods – to regain quickly a mental, a
*Body relaxation -Managing your emotions; Developing your
concentration. Getting rid of physical tensions
*Mental projections – To increase your potential; to use your
resources; to find your "place" in this new reality; - To develop a
personal strategy to succeed in your team objectives.
These exercises are designed to be easily replicated in the daily life, WITHOUT taking extra time, as integrated into daily habits (eg office, bus / tram, shower, in bed, etc.)
At the end of this program, participants will have a complete toolbox in order to:
- Position themselves in relation to adaptations, necessary transformations
- Mobilize their resources: Generate positive perspectives, and
- Install a success strategy in their projects
- Be autonomous to manage their emotions and associated behaviours
- Build self-confidence
