Sophrology – Cap on our well-being!

Duration to be defined according to customer needs

Each session from 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes

Objectives

  • Coping with stress PICS, anxiety
  • Installing peaceful mind SUSTAINABLY
  • CONCENTRATION on objectives, projects

During each session, the participant activates her/his own resources.
She/He learns how to manage her/his emotions to find and strengthen her/his ressources while respecting her/his values.

Your daily life is enriched:
  • Serenity
  • Deep, restful sleep
  • Stronger motivation
  • Increased confidence

and that list is far from complete!!

Content

Daily exercises - integrated into your daily habits (shower, before sleeping, at the office, etc):

  • Breathing methods - to regain quickly a mental, a physical calm
  • Relaxation techniques - managing our emotions, developing our concentration, getting rid of physical pains
  • Mental projection / Personal images - will instantly lighten the stress, the physical & mental tensions

One positive parenthesis, which becomes part of our daily life!
