Daily exercises - integrated into your daily habits (shower, before sleeping, at the office, etc):
- Breathing methods - to regain quickly a mental, a physical calm
- Relaxation techniques - managing our emotions, developing our concentration, getting rid of physical pains
- Mental projection / Personal images - will instantly lighten the stress, the physical & mental tensions
