Points abordés

A three-part mindfulness and well-being programme designed to create lasting behavioural change. The intervention combines science-based insights, guided practice, and personal reflection to help participants develop and sustain healthy mental habits that enhance focus, balance, and resilience.

The approach is experiential and evidence-informed, blending psychological research with practical tools that participants can integrate into their daily routines. To reinforce learning and ensure long-term impact, the programme consists of a first 3-hour workshop, a custom-made journal to practice for 8-weeks, and a second workshop 2 months after the initial workshop, allowing participants to share progress, reflect on challenges, and anchor new habits.
