Objectifs

Upon completion of the training, the participant will be able to:

Grasp the fundamentals of the 5S approach by mastering its fundamental principles
Understand the challenges and objectives of a 5S initiative for a company
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company by mastering the key steps for implementing a 5S project

Contenu

Grasp the fundamentals of Lean Management
The 5S method, standards, and the principle of visual management
Practical implementation of 5S on a production line

Certificat, diplôme

Participants will have access to a training certificate delivered by the House of Training and the CNFPC.

Each session includes recaps, quizzes and practical applications, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience of Lean Six Sigma methodologies on a real tea production line.
