In an environment where quality, customer satisfaction and continual improvement have become key performance drivers, ISO 9001 is now the internationally recognised reference standard for quality management systems.
This certification programme has been designed to support professionals, managers, quality managers, auditors and anyone involved in improving the performance of organisational processes in understanding, implementing and assessing the requirements of ISO 9001.
Through a progressive approach, participants will first explore the fundamentals of quality management, then develop the competencies required to conduct effective internal audits. Finally, they will be able to understand the changes introduced by the new edition of the standard and anticipate the adjustments required within their management system.

At the end of the training participants will be able to:

Understand the fundamental principles of quality management.
Master the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
Develop the competencies required to perform quality audits.
Identify the changes and new requirements introduced by the latest edition of the standard.
Contribute to continual improvement in performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
