This training enables company managers and quality managers to audit process-based organisations using the international ISO 9001:2015 standard for quality management systems.

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:

Acquire the knowledge required to carry out an internal audit within a process or company
Acquire the expertise needed to manage the audit process of a QMS
Understand how a quality management system works
