Our memory is a wonderful tool. It can be stated that we have a sensitive memory, a short-term memory and a long-term memory. Our short-term memory can only retain a limited number of information and is subject to the hassle of the environment and your state of mind. To register information for a long time we have to make a conscious decision which requires attention or concentration and association.

Besides, you will need to decide how to retrieve the information. It requires a methodology which fits you. We have quite a number of tools to help you. The workshop will show you how to use these tools to the best of your interest. Moreover, we cover the reasons for distraction, forgetting and repetition. The techniques of memorisation are part of a broader approach to self-efficacy.
