Welche Voraussetzungen müssen erfüllt sein?

Be familiar with the Office 365 environment and in particular Outlook. Have a properly configured Office 365 account.

Welche Ziele werden verfolgt bzw. welche Kompetenzen sollen erworben werden?

Teams is the integrated workspace of Office 365 where all tools can be integrated and made available. This course will teach you how to use channels, schedule conversations, video meetings, organise tabs and integrate notes, wiki, file libraries, etc. This course is intended for people with a basic knowledge of the Office 365 environment (Outlook, Word, OneNote, etc.).

The Teams vs Outlook work philosophy

Teams and Outlook communication and sharing tools with different scopes
Understanding the difference between transmitted and interactive communication and, depending on the situation, knowing how to correctly use Teams and/or Outlook
The difference between the 2 main parts of Teams
The one used to communicate (formerly called Skype or Skype for Business)
The one used to collaborate (working in “teams” / “channels”)
This is to know when to use one or the other in an effective and appropriate way

Informal communication (quick information requests)
Make an audio or video call to one or more people
