À qui s'adresse la formation?

All learners (CNFPC/House of Training Green Belt certified) wishing to take charge of large-scale, complex improvement projects.

Prérequis

Participants will need to have completed the Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt training (CNFPC/House of Training).

Objectifs

By the end of the training, the participant will be able to:

Acquiring knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques
Aligning Six Sigma concepts with the company's objectives and mission
Leading complex improvement projects

Contenu

Hypothesis Testing: Principles, t-tests, Proportions, Chi-square, ANOVA,...
Establishing Y=f(x) Relationships, Correlations, Simple Regressions, Introduction to Experimental Design
Advance design of experiment
Improve and control

Certificat, diplôme

Participants will have access to a training certificate delivered by the House of Training and the CNFPC.

Each session includes recaps, quizzes, practical applications, and outlooks for subsequent sessions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience of Lean Six Sigma methodologies on a real tea production line.
