Who is the training course aimed at?

All learners (CNFPC/House of Training Green Belt certified) wishing to take charge of large-scale, complex improvement projects.

What are the prerequisites?

Participants will need to have completed the Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt training (CNFPC/House of Training).

What are the aims or the skills being targeted?

By the end of the training, the participant will be able to:

Acquiring knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques
Aligning Six Sigma concepts with the company's objectives and mission
Leading complex improvement projects

What does the training course cover?

Hypothesis Testing: Principles, t-tests, Proportions, Chi-square, ANOVA, ...
