Who is the training course aimed at?

All learners (CNFPC/House of Training Green Belt certified) wishing to take charge of large-scale, complex improvement projects.

What are the prerequisites?

Participants will need to have completed the Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt training (CNFPC/House of Training).

What are the aims or the skills being targeted?

By the end of the training, the participant will be able to:

  • Acquiring knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques
  • Aligning Six Sigma concepts with the company's objectives and mission
  • Leading complex improvement projects

What does the training course cover?

  • Hypothesis Testing: Principles, t-tests, Proportions, Chi-square, ANOVA, ...
  • Establishing Y=f(x) Relationships, Correlations, Simple Regressions, Introduction to Experimental Design
  • Advance design of experiment
  • Improve and control

What will you receive at the end of the training course?

Participants will have access to a training certificate delivered by the House of Training and the CNFPC.

Each session includes recaps, quizzes, practical applications, and outlooks for subsequent sessions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience of Lean Six Sigma methodologies on a real tea production line.
