Take Up the Challenge of Change (EL0045)

Nowadays, change at any level represents both a constant and vital need and an ongoing challenge. You certainly already experienced change - perhaps you are even experiencing it right now.
This training offers different effective tools including the Kübler-Ross model and other techniques to help you make a success of change.
 
By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• identify the phases of the change process,
• understand your own feelings and reactions to better cope with change,
• adopt a positive state of mind.

• The five stages of reaction to change.
• Gain control over the change process and make a success of it.
• Experience a current change in your life.
