Well-being, Happiness at work … Nowadays, it is nearly impossible to miss these topics and discussions considering the numbers of conferences, workshops, media, studies and articles. Since, we propose you, during this workshop to rather speak about Quality of Work Life (QWL) as part of the strategy of performance. During the workshop, we propose to go through a definition of these two concepts Quality of Work Life and Companies performance and discuss how they can fit together. We will also propose you a way to assess the level of Quality of Life at work in your company through a diagnosis tool and how to approach and set a QWL strategy in your company.
