Qigong - Chinese culture - Débutant (SO-QIG-6)

This is a course on fitness Qi Gong. At the outset, I will explain to participants the concepts of qi and energy within traditional Chinese culture, helping them embrace these ideas. Then I will teach specific movements and exercises to cultivate energy, using this energy to heal the body and maintain health. Simultaneously, this practice alleviates symptoms of certain illnesses.
