Don’t work harder, but smarter through maximizing what we do have that works, and minimizing what does not work for us. The “Optimizing Your Resources” approach is about reflecting and identifying what resources we have available to us now, and ensuring they are utilized for our maximum benefit. In this workshop we will discuss around best practices focusing on: the evaluation of personal work habits and benchmarking them with best practice, where can I enhance my decision-making process?, the workflow principles – and it’s difficulties, the filing or finding - analyzing the individual electronic organization (server(s), e-mail, Outlook/Lotus Notes/Smartphones) and finally how to understand the principles of effectiveness in planning.
