Quels sont les objectifs poursuivis ou les compétences visées ?

Neuro-authentic leadership is a neuroscience-based 2-day adaptive, emergent, and embodied leadership training facilitated in a transformational style to practically evoke the beingness of leadership from the neurology of our three brains (head, heart, gut) and the autonomic nervous system.

It aims to support participants in exploring the compassionate and purposeful values of the heart brain, alongside the self-preservation and intuitive actions of the gut brain, in the shared collective responsibility of creative and meaning-making activities of the head brain for adaptive, emergent, or authentic leadership.

1. Explore participants' leadership syntax (knowing the flow they use their head, heart, and gut)
2. The technique and insight in using your 3-brains in alignment and coherence to make decisions than taking decisions
3. Understand and explore the compassionate, valuable and purposeful function of the heart in leadership
4. Insight into time management and priority setting for teams and effectiveness
5. Support participants in using the states of leadership for well-being, fulfilment, and life satisfaction for efficiency and excellence.
6. Support participants to embody self-leadership to integrate with corporate leadership without losing their core state of leadership
