Objectifs

This training will provide a hands-on introduction to business intelligence in logistics. Participants will learn how to build and interpret simple dashboards using Power BI to support performance analysis and improvement initiatives.

  • Understand the BI workflow end-to-end: get data ? transform ? model ? visualize ? share
  • Build a simple star schema for logistics (orders, shipments, picks) and relate it to KPIs
  • Create core measures in Power BI (e.g., OTD/OTIF, cost per shipment, pick productivity, delay counts)
  • Design readable, interactive dashboards (filters, drill-down, drill-through) for daily/weekly performance
  • Apply basic time-intelligence and good visualization practices
  • Publish and operate dashboards (refresh concepts, workspace roles, RLS basics)
