Objectifs

This training will provide a hands-on introduction to business intelligence in logistics. Participants will learn how to build and interpret simple dashboards using Power BI to support performance analysis and improvement initiatives.

Understand the BI workflow end-to-end: get data ? transform ? model ? visualize ? share
Build a simple star schema for logistics (orders, shipments, picks) and relate it to KPIs
Create core measures in Power BI (e.g., OTD/OTIF, cost per shipment, pick productivity, delay counts)
Design readable, interactive dashboards (filters, drill-down, drill-through) for daily/weekly performance
Apply basic time-intelligence and good visualization practices
Publish and operate dashboards (refresh concepts, workspace roles, RLS basics)
