Founded in Luxembourg in 2018, Talantlers is an accredited training provider. We design and deliver bespoke learning programmes for businesses, institutions and training providers, in French and English.

Our role: to turn your skills development priorities into structured, engaging learning journeys grounded in the situations participants face in their professional lives.

DESIGNING YOUR PROGRAMME, FROM INITIAL IDEA TO DELIVERY

Are you looking to create a new training offer, structure an internal learning journey, refresh an existing programme or roll out training across several groups?

We support you at every stage:

• Clarify your needs: understand your audiences, priorities, target skills and delivery constraints.
• Structure the learning journey: define learning objectives, progression, formats and how the different sessions connect.
• Develop content and tools: create learning materials, facilitator guides, case studies, exercises, resources and assessment methods.
• Coordinate delivery: prepare facilitators, coordinate their contributions and ensure consistency across the programme.
• Facilitate and refine: support learning, gather feedback and adapt the programme as it unfolds.

We can focus on design, facilitation or the full programme, working alongside your existing teams and resources. Where needed, we draw on the expertise of trainers and coaches from the WeAre collective.

PROGRAMMES GROUNDED IN PROFESSIONAL CHALLENGES

Our areas of expertise include management and leadership, collaboration, B2B client centricity, employability and the human skills that complement artificial intelligence.

One example of our work: designing 15 bespoke soft skills modules for a training provider, tailored to participants across 5 cohorts, with shared materials and coordination of the facilitators involved.

INSIGHT FROM WORKING WITH LEADERS AND TEAMS

We also support leaders and their teams through consulting, coaching and facilitation. We help them clarify their priorities, develop their management practices, strengthen collaboration and move shared projects forward. This practical experience informs our programme design and the situations we explore during training.

Pädagogische Methoden

Our programmes start with your goals and participants’ real work situations. Each learning journey is tailored, with objectives, a clear progression and assessment methods agreed with the client.

Our approach combines:

• Identifying needs and skills to develop.
• Focused input, case studies, practical exercises and peer learning.
• Collaborative workshops and tools for immediate use.
• Depending on the programme: additional resources, practice between sessions, paired work or individual coaching.
• Assessing learning and refining the programme using participant and client feedback.

We can design the programme, deliver it or support the full learning journey. Our aim is to help participants understand, retain and apply what they learn in their professional practice.

In person, online or in a blended format. In French and English.
