Provide a fun, engaging and educational session for HR professionals on the use of big data in solving common issues for teams and companies.

Quel est le contenu de la formation ?

How psychometric assessments can help HR professionals make better data-driven hiring decisions, evaluate workplace culture, reduce churn, increase employee engagement and optimize teams. This will be an interactive session aimed at HR professionals. We will discuss daily issues faced by companies and offer strategies to address those. Basic knowledge of assessment tools would be beneficial, but not essential.
