As a product owner or product manager, you are the embodiment of vision and direction for your team. In this training, you set out to learn about Lean thinking, breaking down epics into features and stories and how to drive increments towards continuous delivery. You’ll get an overview of the Lean-Agile mindset, and an understanding of how the Product Owner and Product Manager roles operate in the enterprise to drive the delivery of the Agile Release Train (ART). Finally, you will get an in-depth understanding of the specific activities, tools, and mechanics used to effectively deliver value to the enterprise. Live virtual classes

Day 1:

Introducing SAFe in the lean enterprise
Characterizing the role of the Product Owner and Product Manager
Working with Lean portfolio management

Day 2:

Experience PI planning
Customer needs and continuous exploration

The class registration includes:

Printed attendee workbook
Preparation and eligibility to take the SAFe® 5 Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) exam
One-year membership to the SAFe Community Platform
Course certificate of completion
Attendees must attend both days of the course in order to qualify for the exam.

Attendees who pass the certification exam will receive:

SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certificate
A SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager digital badge to promote your accomplishment online
A one-year certified membership as a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, which includes access to the POPM Community of Practice
A SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification usage guide with POPM certification marks
Access to a variety of learning resources to support certified professionals during their SAFe journey
