Road Freight : social regulation (EG 561/2006)

Vehicle operators, transport managers, driver, internal quality and safety managers.

This module is part of the Road Freight Program  and will focus on social regulation in freight and passenger transport.

• Driving and rest times in freight and passenger transport. A topic on which there is a lot of so-called half-knowledge and misinformation circulating
• Together, we will work through the sometimes difficult-to-understand language of the legal text and translate it into a comprehensible form

• Which vehicles and types of transport are subject to this regulation? For which types of vehicles and transport are there general exceptions?
• Obligations of the vehicle operator and the driver
• Prescribed driving and rest times and possible legal exceptions
• Practical examples for calculating transport

At the end of the training, participants will receive a certificate of participation issued by the House of Training.
