Wie sieht der Inhalt der Weiterbildung aus?

In a changing world, the company must reinvent itself. It can only do it with the encouragement of a new form of leadership.

At a time when we talk about Agility, "liberated companies", "Opales" ecosystems, who are these new leaders? What qualities have they developed? For what impact?

This workshop is based on These questions fomr the basis of this workshop. The former world is out of puff, a new world is emerging with new inspirational leaders: courageous, attentive, able to exercice the capacity to act - on themselves, on others, on new organizational systems. We will examine the notion of power and leadership related to self-development, the impact on organizations(social and economic), the quest for meaning from the spirituals and psychological dimensions of change.
