Being familiar with the Office application : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams

Ziele

This 5 day course offers a full and comprehensive training in the MS office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint), that will enable you to maximize collaboration efficiency within MS 365 by using best practices, such as centralizing files via OneDrive and SharePoint, using real-time co-authoring in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, using Teams as a centralized communication platform and Outlook to manage emails and plan collaborative events. The goal of this approach is to create a harmonious and transparent collaborative environment within your team.

Inhalt

Excel (2 days) : turn your Excel tables into communication tools (strategies on sharing your files with colleagues, on using colour codes, on naming tables, sheets and files), review of Excel calculations (formulas, function, references, nexting functions, lookup functions...), using the table tool (understanding and using its many advantages), analysing data (sorting, filtering, pivot tables, conditional formatting...), charts (and pivot charts) and tips & tricks on efficiently presenting your data

Word (1 day) : guidelines on producing well-structured and attractive reports (styles, table of contents, illustrations, page numbering, footnotes, page orientation...)

PowerPoint (1 day) : efficiently creating a summary presentation from your Word report (creating an automatic outline) or your Excel analysis (paste special options) and efficiently designing your presentation (tips & tricks)

Outlook & Teams (1 day) : communicating with Outlook (managing incoming and outgoing messages) and Teams and collaborating with Teams (on teams files) and OneDrive (sharing personal files)
