Who is organising this training course?

I am a trilingual Learning Professional located in Luxembourg, with 30 years of experience and a proven track record in industry, academia and consulting. My observation is that technical skills get people hired, but the so-called soft-skills are what allows them to develop their maximum impact. My conviction is that people skills and managerial skills are learnable and teachable. My passion is making breakthrough learning happen through enjoyable training sessions and professional coaching.

What are the aims or the skills being targeted?

Leading a team is typically the first step into management or leadership. Stepping into this role is exciting and rewarding, but can also feel a bit overwhelming. By providing a structured induction training to newly appointed team leaders, we create a shared vocabulary and a shared set of tools that allows participants to hit the ground running.

What does the training course cover?

On each of the eight topics, participants collaborate throughout the training to define practical ways of working that fit their individual realities. The trainer provides concepts and input that participants are invited to translate and apply to their environment.
