I am a trilingual Learning Professional located in Luxembourg, with 30 years of experience and a proven track record in industry, academia and consulting. My observation is that technical skills get people hired, but the so-called soft-skills are what allows them to develop their maximum impact. My conviction is that people skills and managerial skills are learnable and teachable. What does the training course cover?

Teams do not become effective simply because capable people are placed together. They need trust, shared goals, clear roles, open communication, commitment, and accountability. These foundations become even more important when people work remotely. Strong teams make cooperation easier and reduce the friction that slows performance.
