Objectifs

By putting on so-called “generation glasses”, we are able to better understand all generations and give them an optimal place in the organization. Intergenerational management provides the answer to the question “How can we improve our existing management by making it “generationproof”?

The strengths and pitfalls of each generation;
The backgrounds of the different generations and the impact this has on their attitude, way of working, motivation and employability
