Objectifs

How can an organisation — whether it comprises a handful or thousands of team members — structure its work effectively while minimising the risk of fraud, embezzlement, or other illegal activities? This is the central challenge addressed by compliance management, which will be explored throughout this course in connection with the ISO 37301 standard.

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:

Understand and explain the concept of compliance and its objectives
Connect compliance principles with risk management requirements
Assess and justify control measures in relation to an organisation’s risk profile
Understand the content and structure of ISO 37301
Design and implement a compliance management initiative
